About us
Ducks Are Yellow Farm began in 2025, when we retired after more than 25 years of service in the Air Force and decided to start a new chapter. After a lifetime of serving, we wanted to put down roots close to what matters most—our two wonderful grandkids. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and this farm is our way of creating something lasting and meaningful for them and our community.

What makes us different?
Ducks Are Yellow Farm represents everything I’ve worked for and cared about throughout my life—family, service, and community. After more than 25 years in the Air Force, I wanted to continue serving in a new way, and now I get to do that by providing fresh, healthy eggs to my neighbors. I’m proud that through this farm we can live simply, care for the land, and share something good with others. Ducks Are Yellow Farm isn’t just about eggs—it’s about carrying forward the values of hard work, love, and giving back.
Animal well-being
At Ducks Are Yellow Farm, keeping our flock safe and healthy is our top priority. Our ducks and chickens enjoy a natural diet of grains and grasses during the day, and every evening we bring them into secure pens to protect them from overnight predators. They always have access to clean, fresh water, and we care for them daily to ensure they stay happy and strong. By putting their well-being first, we’re able to provide our community with the highest quality eggs—fresh, safe, and full of goodness.

Our vision for the future
Looking ahead, we envision Ducks Are Yellow Farm growing into a lasting legacy for our family and community. Our goal is to continue providing fresh eggs that people can trust—clean, wholesome food that brings both health and convenience to everyday life. We hope to grow our flock and expand the farm in a way that stays true to our values of care, sustainability, and service. More than anything, we want this farm to make a positive difference: for our family, our neighbors, and the land we call home.
